ReplyDeleteGreat photos! Question: what did the C.S. Army issue its salt pork and its beans in? Barrels for the salt pork and bags for the beans? Where can I find out more about C.S. Army food supplies especially the crates, barrels, sacks, cans etc. that it was shipped in?
